'Working as Designed' per IBM

I have a PMR open with IBM on a related issue with Sametime and Designer, IBM tells me that the focus issue is 'working as designed.

I'm planning to open a second PMR for the focus issue.

Update - Support tells me that there is an open SPR for this issue - SPR # VMAA8JPGR4: "Embedded ST not restored after minimizing Designer" - but that they have decided, based on the technical and business criteria, not to
address the issue in codestream 8.5.

2nd update - since teh description for SPR # VMAA8JPGR4 didn't exactly match the symptom, and the support rep was able to easily reproduce this issue, he create a new SPR #RGAU92JNCA for me.
